GAULKE CAPITAL is a privately-held Real Estate investment firm based in Houston, Texas. We pursue core plus, value-add and opportunistic Multi-Family investments in the Texas market. Our platform acquires, repositions and develops apartment properties. Gaulke Capital provides investors the opportunity to invest in Multi-Family properties, managed by professionals with a history of successful real estate investment experience and above market performance.

Felix Gaulke, President
Felix Gaulke is responsible for strategic planning, investment decisions, and overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, financing activities, and investor relations. He has 7 years of direct Multi-Family investment experience with over 10 years of experience in Real Estate globally.
Felix began his Multi-Family Real Estate career at Berkadia, a Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial Group company. As associate of Berkadia’s Texas Multi-Family Investment Sales Team, Felix was responsible for the financial underwriting and disposition of Multi-Family assets with a focus in the private capital space.
During his career, Felix has participated in excess of $3.2 billion in Multi-Family Real Estate sales and underwrote a total of $31 billion in multi-family assets. Felix graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in finance and holds his Real Estate sales license with the Texas Real Estate Commission.
Gernot Gaulke, Senior Advisor
Gernot Gaulke has over 45 years of experience in commercial and institutional Real Estate development, acquisitions, financing and asset management.
As the former Jones Lang Wotton (now JLL) CEO for Germany and subsequent European Partner, Gernot has an extensive track record in successful project management and joint ventures with international investors. In 1999 Gernot formed a joint venture with “The Europa Fund”, during which he invested over $1 billion for pension funds and UAE investors.
Gernot’s most recent activities include developing retail centers, apartment complexes and residential homes in the Texas market, in addition to advising Gaulke Capital on Multi-Family acquisitions.
